(2018/08/10) A friend of a friend got spammed by a guy called "Blue Triangle 38." That is exact the same letter as listed in this Washington Post article. It amazed me that because the spammer is not shooting a shotgun. It target on people who lives in high-income neighborhood. 21 Century criminal also need to learn some Big Data. If you got a letter like this, what is your response?
"These scammers tend to target higher-income communities — including some in the Washington and Northern Virginia area, said Andrew Ames, a spokesman in the FBI’s Washington Field Office."
